Reducing Your Risk of Developing Dementia
Looking after your brain health can help reduce your risk of developing dementia.
Small lifestyle changes can support both your physical health and brain health, including keeping active, eating well, staying socially connected and managing long-term health conditions.

Speak to your GP if you are worried about your memory, thinking, confusion, mood changes or changes in behaviour.
You should also contact the practice if you are concerned about a family member, friend or someone you care for.
Memory problems can have many causes. Getting advice early can help identify what may be causing the symptoms and what support may be available.
