We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and attention. If you have any suggestions or are unhappy about any aspect of our service, please ask to speak to a member of the management team as soon as possible, they will try to resolve your concerns immediately.

If the concern is more serious or you are not satisfied with the response from our management team, then it will passed to the Practice Manager/Complaints Doctor for them to respond. We ask when possible you write these concerns to us so we can monitor and record all aspects of the concern. You can do this by sending to Ty Elli Group Practice, Vauxhall, Llanelli. You will receive a letter within 7 days confirming we have received your concerns, and aim to respond fully within 30 working days. If we cannot reply within that time, we will explain why and let you know when to receive a response.

If you prefer, you can contact your Health Board to raise your concerns with the practice.

You can get support raising your concerns from the Community Health Council or a carer, relative, or friend but you will need to give them written permission to do this.

If you are still not happy you can contact the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
