We are pleased to announce that you can now access health services on the new NHS Wales App. The app is a simple and secure way to book routine appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and view parts of your medical record.

To use the app you must have a fully verified NHS login, or valid photo ID, and be aged 16 or over. You can download the app or use the desktop web version.

Other ways to order your repeat medication

  • Put your paper repeat slip into the box in the surgery foyer,
  • Post your repeat slip to the surgery (please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like it mailed back),
  • Use a chemist-managed service.

Tip: Many minor illnesses can be treated by your local pharmacist via the NHS Wales Common Ailments Service (no GP appointment needed).
