Engage Consult enables patients to contact the practice online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to submit medical or administrative queries.

Requests are reviewed during working hours and triaged appropriately so that patients are guided to the most appropriate care pathway. This may be a GP, nurse, pharmacist or another healthcare professional.
