How to make an appointment
Before contacting us, please consider the following.

Appointments
- Appointments can be made by calling the surgery between 8.30am - 6.00pm.

- We will ask you questions about why you need an appointment and signpost to the most appropriate Clinician for your condition, and will sometimes direct you to an alternative healthcare practitioner – this may be a pharmacist, dentist, optician, or other local service.
- Children 16 years and younger presenting with an acute issue will be assessed on the same day.
We offer:
- Same day face to face appointments - Based on your need, you may be offered a same day face to face appointment. Please be as open and honest as you can to our call handlers to ensure you are seen by the right person and at the right time.
- Phone consultation - Please note that photographs may need to be supplied to accompany your phone consultation in certain cases.
- Pre-bookable appointments - We have pre-bookable appointments with selected Clinicians. If a pre-bookable appointment is needed with a GP, this will be triaged first or booked directly by a GP after a consultation
HOME VISITS
A Home Visit is provided when a patient who is clinically housebound and unable to attend the surgery.
- All home visit requests will be triaged by a Clinician first.
OUT OF HOURS
