Before contacting us, please consider the following options which may help you find the right care more quickly:

You can now contact the practice online for non-urgent queries such as:
- Test results
- Fit notes (sick notes)
- General administrative requests

Appointments can be made by calling the surgery between 8.30am – 6.00pm.

Our team will ask you some questions to understand your needs and make sure you are seen by the most appropriate clinician. This may include signposting to services such as a pharmacist, dentist, optician, or other local provider.
Appointment Options
- Same-day face-to-face appointments – based on your clinical need.
- Telephone consultations – photos may be requested depending on your issue.
- Pre-bookable appointments – available with selected clinicians; GPs may book these after triage or consultation.
Home Visits
Home visits are for patients who are clinically housebound and unable to attend the surgery. All home visit requests are triaged by a clinician first.
