We kindly remind all NHS employees that the NHS email system must not be used to raise personal issues related to the care of family members, including parents, spouses, or children. This includes attempting to communicate with our staff regarding a relative’s care unless this has been formally authorised through appropriate clinical channels or consent procedures.

We occasionally receive emails sent directly to staff members’ professional or personal NHS email addresses, bypassing official communication channels. This is not an appropriate method of contact.
